The altruistic Insurance executive who founded PEOPLE AGAINST CHILDREN STARVING-USA is a Quality of Life Recipient. Al Singer, President of Singer Nelson Charlmers, a New York-Teaneck, New Jersey insurance agency, was recently selected as a Quality of Life grant recipient by the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation in Park Ridge, Illinois. |
